Benedict Cumberbatch... IT OPENS ITS DOORS TO UKRAINIAN ASYLUM SEEKERS!..

Benedict Cumberbatch, who starred in such productions as "Sherlock" and "Doctor Strange", attended the BAFTA (British Film Academy- British Film Academy) awards night held in London yesterday with his wife Sophie Hunter.

Cumberbatch expressed his thoughts about Russia's invasion of Ukraine at the event.

"WE SHOULD NOT PUT MORE PRESSURE ON POLITICIANS"

Benedict Cumberbatch, who took the stage with the country's flag in his hand to support the Ukrainian people at an award ceremony that he attended earlier, said that he would now open the doors of his home to those fleeing the war in his country.

The actor said: "It's a really shocking period as a European, two-and-a-half-hour flight from Ukraine..., "he said.

Cumberbatch later stressed that everyone should do much more than wear a badge on their collar in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

"EVERYONE SHOULD DO THEIR BEST!"

Benedict Cumberbatch added that the public should put more pressure on politicians to help these people who are suffering.

"This is something I'm doing to show that I stand side by side with my brothers and sisters who are suffering in Ukraine," Cumberbatch said of the issue... Everyone should do their best.

There are a lot of volunteers who want to open the doors of their homes to these people.

I'm hoping to be one of them." he used his statements.

Benedict Cumberbach also showed his support for Ukraine on BAFTA night by wearing the badge bearing the country's flag on the collar of his suit.
